How to brew it:
Espresso or moka pot — low acidity concentrates the dark chocolate and almond into something close to dessert in a cup. The roast level was made for this method.
French press — for heavy body and full mouthfeel. No paper filter means the coffee's natural oils come through completely, amplifying the richness and depth of every flavor note.
Cold brew — the slow immersion process at low acidity pulls out the smoothest possible expression of this roast. Almost dessert-like. Dangerously drinkable.
