A certified organic, naturally processed Honduran medium roast grown at 4,500 feet in the Marcala region, where high altitude and natural processing concentrate the cherry's sweetness directly into the bean.

How to brew it:

Pour over — the clean filter lets the jam and strawberry notes come through with precision. The best way to experience everything this natural process has to offer.

French press — no paper filter means the natural oils come through fully, pulling the caramel and milk chocolate forward and giving the cup real body and depth.

Hario Switch — the full immersion steep develops the fruit and sweetness, while the paper filter keeps the cup clean and structured. The best of both worlds for a coffee this complex.
